1. Agreement

By using Bes Sports Media (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

2. Entertainment and information only

All projections, player comparisons, start/sit verdicts, reports, predictions, podcasts and other content are opinions provided for entertainment and general information only. They are not professional, financial, legal or gambling advice, and no result is guaranteed.

Projections are estimates produced by the Bes Sports Media Model and AI-assisted research. They may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Injury news, live scores and stats can change or be reported late. Always verify important information yourself.

The Site does not offer, accept or facilitate wagers of any kind. If you choose to play paid fantasy contests or bet on sports, you do so at your own risk and must follow the laws where you live. If gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.

3. No affiliation

Bes Sports Media is an independent publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL team, the NFLPA, any player, or any fantasy or sportsbook platform. Team names, player names and league names are used only to identify them and remain the property of their owners.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site, and at least 16 to create an account if you live in the EU/UK. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.

5. Community rules

When you post or comment you agree not to share anything illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory, spam, or anyone's private information, and not to impersonate others or post content you don't have the right to share.

Posts and comments are the views of their authors, not of Bes Sports Media. We do not pre-screen everything, but we may remove any content or account at our discretion, with or without notice.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Bes Sports Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display and distribute it on the Site so the forum can function.

6. Our content

The Bes Sports Media name, logo, model, articles, reports and podcast episodes are owned by Bes Sports Media and protected by trademark and copyright law. You may share links and short quotes with credit, but may not copy, resell or republish the Site's content in bulk or scrape it without written permission.

7. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice identifying the work, the content and its location on the Site, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. Use the contact details on our About page. We will remove infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers.

8. Third-party links and data

The Site links to and relies on outside sources (for example public stat feeds and the U.S. National Weather Service). We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bes Sports Media and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of money, winnings, contest entries, data or profits arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed USD $100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover Bes Sports Media against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you post or your breach of these Terms.

12. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
